DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings are set incorrectly.
Change the DPI Settings on Windows 10 and 11
- Right click on the Desktop.
- Click Display Settings.
- Verify that the Change the size of text, apps and other items value is set to 100%.
Change the DPI Settings on Windows 7 and 8
- Right click on the Desktop.
- Click Personalize.
- Click on Display in the lower left corner.
- Select Smaller - 100%.
- Click Apply.
- It will be required to sign out to apply the changes.
