SUI Information Not Appearing in Payer State Info

The payer is not set to the correct data entry type.

Change the Data Entry Method

Before taking the following steps, create a payer backup. To do this, please see the How to Backup or Restore Yearli Data article.

  1. Click on the Payer List button.
  2. Choose the payer.
  3. Click the Change Data Entry Method button on the right.
  4. Click Choose Quarterly.
  5. Click Yes.
  6. Click on Payer State Info to enter the SUI information.
