If there is a balance due showing on the 941 or NYS-45 form, payment information may be submitted to electronically. The IRS limits 941 payments to $2,500, and the NYS-45 has no maximum. The payment information will include the routing transit number, bank account number, and bank account type. This will allow the IRS/NY State to debit the bank account for the balance due payment.
This payment, while made through Yearli software, is not made to Yearli. This means that Yearli Support is not able to confirm payment information, submitted bank details, submitted amount, etc. You will need to contact either the IRS or the state to confirm those details.

If a 941 or NYS-45 was already filed through the E-file Center, the balance due payment, withholding payment, or unemployment insurance payment cannot be made through Yearli. The payment information must be included on the original filing of these forms in order to make the payment through Yearli.
If the form was already filed without the payment information, the payment can still be made online:
- 941 payments can be made at https://www.eftps.gov/eftps/. If you do not already have an account setup there, you will need to setup an account and obtain an EFTPS PIN to make the 941 balance due payment electronically.
- NYS-45 payments can be made at https://tax.ny.gov. If you do not already have an account setup there, you will need to setup an account to make the payment online.
