Why Corrections May Not Be Fileable
When filing 1095 forms to the IRS, the forms may or may not be processed by the IRS in the order received. To prevent corrected forms from being processed before the original forms are processed, which would result in errors, Yearli prevents corrected 1095 forms from being filed until a valid status is received from the IRS. This ensures that the original forms are processed before the corrected forms and helps reduce invalid IRS rejections.
