If the email address in the Yearli account is no longer valid, the Forgot Password option on the website will not work. The only way to retrieve the Forgot Password email is to have the old email address temporarily reinstated. If this is not possible, then a new Yearli account can be created; however, the data from the old account will not be available and cannot be migrated to the new account.
If the original email address is no longer valid and cannot be reinstated, please contact Yearli Technical Support for assistance. Yearli Technical Support can update the email address of the account after an account verification process has been completed.
