I'm not receiving email confirmations from Yearli Premier

If you are not receiving the confirmation emails from Yearli, here are some things to check:

  • Check your Junk, Bulk, or Promotions folders to make sure the emails from Yearli are not being filtered into those folders.
  • We recommend putting yearli@yearlimail.greatland.com and premier.support@greatland.com in your email's safe list.
  • You may need to contact your Network Administrator or IT individual to check to see if the emails from Yearli are being held as spam by the company's email server.
  • Check to verify that the correct email address has been entered for the account.  To check the email address:
    • Click the My Account in your Yearli account.
    • Select Change Settings under Login Settings.
  • Contact Yearli technical support via chat or email.  We can verify whether or not the email has been successfully delivered.
