Yearli offers the ability to import your 1095-B data using an Excel file. The Excel file templates are available for download on the Yearli website:
- Log into your Yearli account.
- Select Start New Forms.
- Click Import Data.
- Choose the Yearli option.
- Select the 1095-B button.
- Choose the link to download the Excel template and instructions.
The Excel import file must be formatted using the exact column headings that are shown in the sample file. If the column heading names are altered, the import will not be able to read the file. The minimum data required in order to complete the import process is the payer's name and TIN and the recipient's name and TIN. All other columns are optional for importing. Enter all necessary data in the file that you wish to import. If you would like more information about formatting the data within the Excel file, please see the recommended articles below.
