I forgot my password

To reset your Yearli account password through the website, please do the following:

  1. Select the Log In button on the Yearli site.
  2. Enter the account email address and click Next.
  3. Select the Forgot your password? link.
  4. Verify the account email address is correct and click the Send Email button.
  5. Once the reset password email is received, click the link in the email to reset and update the account password.
  6. Enter a new password when prompted and click the Update Password button.  New passwords cannot be any of the prior 10 passwords used on Yearli.
  7. The site will update the account with the new password and prompt for a full login.

For security purposes, Yearli Technical Support does not supply passwords upon request.  Yearli Technical Support cannot verify the person requesting the information is the owner of the account.
