Can my password be sent to me?

For security purposes, Yearli Technical Support does not supply passwords upon request.  Yearli Technical Support cannot verify the person requesting the information is the true owner of the account.  Due to this, we cannot supply any account information.

You can reset your password via the website by using the Forgot Password option:

  1. Select the Log In button on the Yearli site.
  2. Enter the account email address and click Next.
  3. Select the Forgot your password? link.
  4. Verify the account email address is correct and click the Send Email button.
  5. Once the reset password email is received, click the link in the email to reset and update the account password.
