Why do my 1095 forms show as Not Ready?

The forms are showing at the 'Not Ready' status because there is required information missing.

  1. Log in to Yearli.
  2. From Your Filing Home, click the Forms in Progress button.
  3. Select the Edit link next to each recipient's name to view the data entered.
  4. All required data entry fields will be listed with an asterisk * and any fields highlighted in red will show invalid data.  Modify the data as needed.
  5. Select the Save button to save the changes.
  6. Select the Next button to return to Forms in Progress.
