Why am I not able to file a corrected 1095-B, 1095-C, or 1094-C form?

Corrected 1095 forms can only be filed for the current tax year, 2020, via the Yearli site.

In order to file a corrected 1095-B, 1095-C, or 1094-C the original form(s) must have an Accepted or Correction Needed status from the IRS.  Prior to the IRS status being received, the correction cannot be completed.  Please check your account regularly for the updated status information.  To do this:

  1. Log into your Yearli account.
  2. Select Form Filing History.
  3. Choose the Check Status icon to the right of the confirmation number.
  4. The status screen will display the most up-to-date status information.

The recipient will be able to file their income tax return using the original 1095-B or 1095-C form that was completed.  This form will serve as proof of coverage or offer of coverage.  Waiting to file the correction until the original form has received the necessary status will not have an impact on the recipient's ability to file their income tax return.
