Do I need to fill out the 941 Schedule B?

August 24, 2020 12:21

Form Schedule B is used to show tax liability for semi-weekly 941 depositors. If the payer is a monthly 941 depositor, you will fill out line 16 of the Form 941 instead of Schedule B. If the Payer is a semi-weekly 941 depositor, you will fill out Schedule B.
