How do I reset the password to login to Yearli?

Resetting the account password

To have the Yearli password reset it will be required to contact Yearli technical support.  Prior to contacting technical support please make sure the computer with the Yearli software is accessible.  Technical support will provide a temporary password, which can be used once to reset the password.  This temporary password is only valid for a short window, about 7 minutes.  Once entered correctly a new password will need to be entered.
