How do I create a New Jersey NJ927W form?

Creating the New Jersey NJ927W form

  1. Click on the Payer List button.
  2. Choose the payer.
  3. Click on the Payer State Info button.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Choose NJ from the State drop down menu.
  6. Enter applicable state information. 
    • State ID for SUI: The State ID for SUI is the NJ Taxpayer ID Number.
    • SUI Wage Max: The SUI Wage Max is used in Line 9.
    • SUI %: The SUI% is the Unemployment Insurance rate.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click on the Add Form button.
  10. Choose New Jersey from the Federal/State/Local drop down menu.
  11. Choose NJ927W from the Form Name drop down menu.
  12. Choose the appropriate quarter.
  13. Click OK.
  14. Choose appropriate Disability Plan and Family Leave Insurance Plan.
  15. Payment Frequency must be selected as Weekly.
  16. Click OK.
  17. Fill in the necessary fields on the form.
    • Line 11 (Taxable Wages Subject to DI): When Combination Disability Insurance Plan is selected, Line 11 is filled from W-2 Amount Types NJ State 1 DI Combo Plan Wages or NJ State 2 DI Combo Plan Wages.     • Line 12 (Taxable Wages Subject to FLI): When Combination Family Leave Insurance Plan is selected, Line 12 is filled from W-2 Amount Types NJ State 1 FLI Combo Plan Wages or NJ State 2 FLI Combo Plan Wages.   18. Click Save.
