How do I add or edit payer or recipient notes?

Adding or editing Payer Notes

Note: Payer Notes will not be printed on any form or journal.

  1. Click the Payer List button.
  2. Click the Payer Notes button.
  3. Enter the applicable payer notes.
  4. Click OK. 

Adding or editing Recipient Notes

Note: Recipient Notes will not be printed on any form or journal.

  1. Click the Payer List button.
  2. Double click on the payer name.
  3. Choose a recipient.
  4. Click the Recipient Notes button.
  5. Enter the applicable recipient notes.
  6. Click OK.
