The payer is not set to the correct data entry type.
Changing the data entry method
Note: Before taking the following steps, create a payer backup. To do this, please see the How do I backup my Yearli data? article.
- Click on the Payer List button.
- Choose the payer.
- Click the Change Data Entry Method button on the right.
- Click Choose Quarterly.
- Click Yes.
- Click on Payer State Info to enter the SUI information.
