Why are my payers not available for TIN Matching?

Only one TIN Matching request per payer can be submitted at a time. Another TIN Matching request cannot be submitted until the prior TIN Matching request returns a status.

How to get payer to show up for TIN Matching

  1. Wait for the previous TIN Matching request for the desired payer to return a status.
  2. Create recipients for the desired payer.
